Languages Day 2011

In my last course I went to the Official School of Languages Day. First, there was were some leisure activities where the you could only use of only foreign languages (English, French, Arabic or German) was compulsory: jokes, tales, riddles, competitions... After that, students and teachers had a party. Everybody took some food and there were a lot of different dishes, mainly typical Muslim ones: ´pastelas´, ´couscous´, ´pañuelos´, semolina bread... It was the first time I had tasted them and I liked them a lot. It was the first time I was had been at a party like that, too and, at first, I was a little surprised and shy. However, I got used to that it quickly, I met some people and I enjoyed the party. It was an interesting experience for me. I think Melilla is a very special city.
