What do you think about crimes and punishment in Spain?

I think that there are a lot crimes and offenses that don't have aren't given the correct sentence, for instance, in the cases that it has where there is proofs but there are a form default? or when it judges involves minors, why can they can commit a crime but they have different laws than adults?

Our judicial system has defects but I like the fact that here we don't have the death penalty here, I don't think anybody should have this power because if only one person is not guilty, they could be executed and it would mean a terrible mistake that never could never be arranged changed.
